新《公司法》取消了企业注册资本的最低限额。注册电子商务公司注册资本最低限额没有要求，零元也可以。注册的电子商务公司的业务范围不受限制。我们可以参考电子商务、软件设计与开发、系统集成、网络工程、企业信息化、网站设计与开发、网页制作、游戏开发、通信系统开发与集成、自动控制系统开发与集成、自动化工程、软件销售等，技术支持、技术服务、技术培训等电子商务公司注册的具体流程：
1、姓名搜索
所需信息由您提供：
1所有投资者身份证复印件（投资者为公司需提供营业执照复印件）
2注册资本和全体投资者的投资额
三。公司名称（最好3个以上）和公司的一般经营范围。姓名查询信息准备好后，将被相关部门受理，相关部门将按规定办理手续。姓名验证通过后，将提前通知您，并出具一套印章（公司公章、财务印章、公司印章、股东印章）和银行确认函。
2、验资
持《名称核准表》、《银行确认书》和一套印章到就近银行办理注册资本入户手续，办理完毕后，到银行领取投资、出资通知书和对账单。银行确认函由银行直接送交会计师事务所，由会计师事务所办理验资报告。验资完成后出具两份验资报告。验资必须由本人完成，委托其他机构验资。经理将承担相关责任。详见新《公司法》第十二章。
3、签名
带上身份证到工商所签字，经工商所核实。签名必须亲自出席。经工商所工作人员确认无误后签字生效。签字通过后，方可办理营业执照。
4、申请营业执照（2-4周）

1、Name search
The required information is provided by you:
1.Copies of ID cards of all investors(copies of business license required if investors are companies)
2.The amount of registered capital and the investment amount of all investors
3.Company name(preferably more than 3)and general business scope of the company.After the name search information is ready,it will be accepted by the relevant departments,and the required procedures will be completed by the relevant departments.After the name verification is passed,you will be informed in advance,and a set of seal(company's official seal,financial seal,corporate seal,shareholder's seal)and a bank confirmation letter will be issued.
2、Capital verification
Go to the nearest bank to handle the registered capital entry procedures with the name verification and approval form,bank confirmation letter and a set of seals,and collect the investment and capital contribution note and statement from the bank after processing.The bank confirmation letter will be sent to the accounting firm directly by the bank,and then the accounting firm will handle the capital verification report.Two capital verification reports will be issued after the capital verification.The capital verification must be completed by myself and entrusted to other institutions.The manager will bear the relevant responsibilities.For details,please refer to Chapter 12 of the new company law.
3、Signature
Take your ID card and go to the industrial and commercial office for signature,which is verified by the industrial and commercial office.The signature needs to be present in person.The signature will take effect after being confirmed as correct by the staff of the industrial and commercial office.After the signature is passed,the business license can be started.
4、Apply for business license(2-4 weeks)
The required materials are for your reference only.All materials are provided by relevant departments
1.Application for company establishment registration signed by the chairman or executive director of the company;
2.Power of attorney for the company to apply for registration;
3.Resolution of the shareholders'meeting;
4.Resolution of the board of directors;
5.Resolution of the board of supervisors;

7.Certificate of legal person qualification or identity of natural person of shareholder or promoter;
8.Certificate of appointment of director,supervisor,manager,chairman or director;
9.Copies of ID cards of directors,supervisors and managers;
10.Capital verification report;
11.Residence use certificate(rental agreement,property right certificate);
